Nicoletta Bozhilova joined San Diego Legacy Law in 2024 as a paralegal specializing in probate, trust administration, and estate planning. Born in Sofia, Bulgaria and raised in California, Nic brings a unique perspective to her legal work.

With a Bachelor of Science in Geological Studies and a minor in Communications, Nic made a decisive career shift during the pandemic, earning an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies with honors. This diverse educational background enhances her analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Nic's expertise in probate, trust administration, and estate planning, coupled with her proficiency in working with superior courts statewide, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients. Known for her motivation, initiative, and creative problem-solving, she approaches each case with enthusiasm and innovation.

While new to San Diego, Nicoletta maintains strong professional ties to Orange County as an active board member of the Orange County Paralegal Association (OCPA). Through OCPA, she volunteers with the OC Food Bank, supports pet adoption initiatives, and assists schoolchildren with supplies and extracurricular activities.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in Women On Course golf events, kayaking, and her local book club. She also cherishes time spent with her senior dog.
