Can I end or change a conservatorship once it’s in place?

Yes. Either the conservator or conservatee can petition the court to modify or terminate the conservatorship if circumstances change. For instance, if the conservatee regains capacity or no longer requires certain supports, the court can adjust the arrangement accordingly.
